The new RM series rotary switches are well-suited for next-generation building automation systems, including lighting and fan control, test and measurement equipment, and telecommunications and radio systems, providing economical ultra-compact solutions for applications requiring reliable multi-position switches. The space-saving RM series switches can be used as unipolar rotary switches with 2 to 8 positions, equipped with an extension shaft with one of two standard knob options or a recessed actuator with a screwdriver slot for adjustment. RM series contacts have a rated current of 0.5A at 24VDC, 0.2A at 48VDC, an insulation resistance of 500VDC at 100Mohm, and an insulation strength of 500VAC per minute.
