DELO Curing lamps offer a modular design that can be modified to meet the specific needs of the customer. One example is the DELOLUX 203 UV Zone lamp, manufactured for a leading supplier of equipment and process solutions for the semiconductor industry for cleanroom work. The lamp is based on the DELOLUX 20, but is water-cooled rather than air-cooled.
In light curing, the company also offers variable cooling concepts based on the customer's production conditions.
The company developed the UV lamp based on the DELOLUX 20 cap. Zone lights are suitable for clean rooms where continuous laminar flow in the room is not affected. For this reason, it removed the original fan and replaced it with a new external cooling profile based on water cooling.
Without heat dissipation modules, the device weighs 1.6kg and its dimensions are 112mm x 112mm x 121mm. It offers strength of over 600mW/cm² and provides plug-and-play connections for easy integration into production lines. The change of irradiation intensity is constant during the whole irradiation time. The light has a wavelength of 365nm.
