The Texas Instruments OPA376-Q1 series represents a new generation of low-noise operational amplifiers with e-trim, with excellent DC accuracy and AC performance. Rail-to-rail output, low offset (25µV max), low noise (7.5nV / √Hz), quiescent current of 950µA (max), and 5.5MHz bandwidth make this device ideal for a variety of precision and portable applications. In addition, the device has a reasonable supply voltage range and excellent PSRR, making it attractive for applications powered directly from the battery without the need for voltage regulation. OPA376-Q1 (single version) is available in MicroSIZE SC70-5, SOT23-5 and SOIC-8 packages. The OPA2376-Q1 (dual channel) is available in SOIC-8 and VSSOP-8 packages. OPA4376-Q1 (quad) is available in TSSOP-14 package. All versions are rated from –40C to + 125C.
