     Vishay Intertechnology has introduced the first AEC-Q200 qualified IHSR high temperature inductor with a current rating of 155A and a case size of 19mm x 17.1mm x 7mm 6767. Featuring a 100% lead (Pb)-free shielded composite construction that reduces hum to ultra-low levels, the inductors offer high resistance to thermal shock, moisture and mechanical shock. It can handle high transient current peaks without saturation. Equipment is rohs compliant, halogen free, Vishay Green.

     This automotive grade inductor is optimized for energy storage up to 5MHz in DC-DC converters and high current filtering applications. With an operating temperature of up to +155C, the unit is also suitable for filtering and DC-DC conversion of ADAS and lidar microprocessors, 12V/48V vacuumless braking systems, obc and brushless DC motors up to 140A. For these applications, the iHSR-6767GHz-5A's low typical DCR of 0.24mOhm and inductance of 0.22μH provides higher current density than competing technologies, no hard saturation over the entire operating temperature range, and more stable inductance and saturation.
