The XMC7000 series microcontrollers include single core and dual core products based on 32-bit Arm Cortex-M7 processors with a main frequency of up to 350-MHz, and 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+processors with a main frequency of 100-MHz, and are configured with embedded flash memory with a capacity of up to 8MB and on-chip static random access memory (SRAM) with a capacity of 1MB. It adopts 100, 144 or 176 pin QFP package or 272 pin BGA package. Infineon XMC7200 is equipped with 8 MB flash memory and 1 MB RAM, and is divided into 350 MHz single core or dual core versions.
