The SYFER E03 (X2Y) series is designed to replace conventional array filters in medical implant devices. In 0805 to 2220 size packages, these integrated passive devices have common-mode and differential-mode capacitors in a single MLCC chip. Both C0G and X7R media versions are available options. Alternatively, through the SYFER E01 and E07 series feed range of the MLCC 'C' filter, the operating voltage can be extended from 25Vdc to 200Vdc, and in some cases up to 500Vdc. These surface-mounted EMI filters (3-terminal chip devices) are designed to have lower inductance than traditional MLCCs used for signal line filtering. The filtered signal is filtered by the internal electrodes of the chip, and the noise is filtered to the ground-side contact, thereby reducing the length of the noise transmission path. Suitable for C0G / NP0 and X7R dielectrics. Available in sizes from 0805 to 1812. The rated current is 300mA to 3A and the rated voltage is 25Vdc to 200Vdc (500Vdc in some cases). The SBSP series surface mount PI filters have an operating temperature range of -55 to C 125 to C and are suitable for factory / aerospace applications. When using X7R and C0G ceramic dielectrics, the capacitance value is 22pF to 150nF and the rated current is 1A. Their operating voltage is up to 100Vdc.
