NCL30160 is a NFET hysteresis drop constant current high-power led driver. Suitable for industrial and general lighting applications using minimal external components. The input voltage range of NCL30160 is 6.3 V to 40 V. The hysteresis control provides good power rejection and fast response to load transients and PWM dimming to variable LED arrays And type. Dedicated PWM input (DIM/EN) can realize wide range pulse dimming and high switching frequency up to 1.4 MHz, allowing smaller external components to be used, minimizing space and cost. Protection functions include resistance programmable constant LED current, short circuit LED protection, undervoltage and thermal shutdown. The NCL30160 1A LED driver evaluation board of ON is used for NCL30160 using Strata Developer Studio. NCL30160 is a NFET hysteresis step-down constant current driver (used for high-power LED). It is packaged with SOIC-8 and has the characteristics of fast load transient response, PWM LED dimming, resistance programmable LED current, short circuit LED protection, undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown.
