ROHM now offers the highly integrated and efficient PMIC BD71850MWV, which has been optimized for NXP Semiconductors' i.MX 8M Nano application processor family to provide outstanding computing and audio performance. This complements the company's growing portfolio of PMICs designed for i.MX applications processors. With the BD71837AMWV for i.MX 8M quad and dual application processors and the BD71847AMWV for i.MX 8M Mini series application processors, the company can provide power solutions for all components of the i.MX 8M series. The i.MX 8M Nano application processor enables customers to provide voice interfaces to audio streaming devices at the lowest cost. They integrate up to four Arm Cortex-A53 cores operating at up to 1.5GHz and an Arm Cortex-M7 operating at up to 750MHz, thereby reducing standby power consumption. In addition, support for advanced audio features and multiple high-speed interfaces makes the i.MX 8M Nano ideal for a variety of consumer and industrial applications.
