Modern smart home and IoT systems require a large number of low-power nodes, actuators and sensors to intelligently process information. To effectively power these applications, RECOM has expanded its low-power RAC series with new 3W and 4W converters with EN60335 home certification.
The company's new RAC03-G and RAC04-G series are specifically designed to continuously and efficiently provide intelligent building infrastructure. Their high efficiency and no-load power consumption of only 75mW make them an excellent energy-saving solution, which is required for critical energy systems. Their standard 3.3VDC, 5VDC, 12VDC, 15VDC and 24VDC outputs are suitable for power relays, gateways and building automation nodes. Universal input voltage range from 85VAC to 305VAC, which can be used worldwide. These series can operate over a wide temperature range of -40C to + 85C, with overcurrent and short circuit protection. They are EN55022 Class A (RAC-GA) or Class B (RAC-GB) certified and do not require any additional components. The RACxx-GA series has also passed EN60335 household standard certification.
