ROHM has developed "LTR10L", a long side electrode shunt resistor of "LTR series", for a wide range of application fields such as vehicle mounted equipment, industrial equipment and consumer electronic equipment. At the same time, two models of "MCR series" universal shunt resistors have also been updated to "MCR10L" and "MCR18L", and the product lineup has been further strengthened.

The LTR10L achieves the industry's highest 1W rating in 1220 size (1.25mm×2.0mm). Not only achieved the industry's outstanding TCR, but also added to the product lineup of resistance tolerance ±0.5% level of high precision products (D products). In addition, it also achieves excellent anti-vulcanization performance, so it is suitable for communication base stations and other applications that always operate in harsh outdoor environments and require high reliability for a long time, as well as automotive powertrain systems and other applications that are highly concerned about the vulcanization problem caused by exhaust gas.

MCR10L (rated power 0.5W) and MCR18L (rated power 0.75W) are MCR series universal low resistance models. In the past, the rated power of MCR10 and MCR18 is 0.25W. In contrast, the rated power has been significantly increased, and TCR has also been improved. In addition, this product update aims to improve the performance of the product. It not only improves the device structure, but also improves the materials, which can be stably supplied in the future.
