Silicon Labs EFR32BG22 (BG22) SoC is a single-chip solution that supports Bluetooth 5.2 connection, including Bluetooth Mesh, Bluetooth Low Energy and sub-meter precision direction finding. These multifunctional SoCs can extend the life of button batteries to ten years, providing energy-saving options for commercial, consumer and industrial IoT applications. The SoC is based on the high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 core and provides ultra-low transmit and receive power.
EFR32MG22 (MG22) series of devices provide the smallest and lowest power SoC optimized for Zigbee Green Power applications. These SoCs couple the 76.8MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core with a high-performance 2.4GHz radio to support multiple IoT protocols. The EFR32FG22 (FG22) SoC allows the use of energy-friendly proprietary protocol networks in IoT devices with limited power and size. The single-chip device provides a 38.4MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and a 2.4GHz radio with a receiving sensitivity of -106.4dBm.
