The CN-B110 series of TDK-lambda's CN-B110 series 200 W to 300 W DC/DC converters can work within a wide range of input voltage range from 43 VDC to 160 VDC, and is compatible with the nominal railway system of 72 VDC or 110 VDC. Applications include railway vehicles, railway rail equipment, robots, AGV and scientific research equipment.

These second -generation converters can provide 12 V, 13.8 V, 15 V and 24 V output. Using fine -tuning functions, they can be adjusted to use resistance or external voltage to compensate for voltage decreases or adapt to non -standard system voltage. Standard models have non -closed (self -recovery) overcurrent and overwhelming protection. You can choose to manually reset the lock.

In order to meet the transient high voltage requirements and the 5000-meter altitude, the spacing between the main input and the bottom plate of the CN-B110 series is 11.8 mm, and the isolation voltage is 2500 VAC. The input to the output isolation is 3000 volts, and the output to the ground is 500 volts. The product's efficiency is as high as 91%, the minimum power consumption loss can be worked at the bottom plate temperature of -40 ° C to the bottom plate of+100 ° C. Cooling is achieved by optional radiator or the aluminum bottom plate of the module.

Using up to 11 modules sharing functions parallel operations can support redundant applications. The CN-B110 has a DC-GOOD signal and remote opening/off as a standard, and the optional 12 V and 10 MA assisted output (replaced the DC-GOOD signal). The overall size of the half -brick converter is 12.7 mm (h) x 61 mm (W) x 57.9 mm (L).

All models have low-pressure and ROHS instruction CE and UKCA logos, and have passed IEC/UL/CSA/EN 62368-1 security standard certification. In addition, this series also meets the exclusive/vibration standard of the type 1 class B of the locomotive IEC 61373, and the design meets the requirements of EN 45545-2 (railway vehicle fire prevention).
