Mouser now comes with the Laird Antenna Trigger Under-Dash series. The innovative five-port VPJ and four-port VQJ trigger devices are IP67 class multi-port/multi-band telematics antennas that provide outstanding cellular 3G/4G/5G/ISM/CBRS, Wi-Fi and GNSS capabilities for automotive and iot applications. This includes transportation, public safety, asset tracking, fleet operations, and in-car and workshop communications.

Antennae can be mounted secretly or over bulky non-metallic objects, including ventilation ducts, without drilling holes. This allows the device to be installed closer to the vehicle's router or gateway, usually under the dashboard or seat or in the trunk. The antenna offers a unique L-shaped format and dual axis VHB gum for quick and safe installation in difficult locations.

With optimized performance and excellent vehicle perimeter coverage, the series of devices can be used in dense urban environments or remote areas where signals may be weak or blocked.

Each antenna is equipped with vertical and horizontal V-POL/H-POL cellular radiating elements within the same antenna to provide better coverage while providing significant signal performance improvements, more uniform connectivity and data throughput than traditional antennas.
