Analog device LT6654BX 2.5V precision voltage reference operates from voltages up to 36V and completely from -40 �� C to + 175 �� C. The buffered output ensures output current and sink current, while having low output impedance and accurate load regulation. These characteristics make this device an excellent choice for high temperature applications. The device has low thermal hysteresis to ensure high accuracy. The low output voltage noise rating of 1.5ppmP-P reduces measurement uncertainty. Because the device can also sink current, it can operate as a low-power negative voltage reference with the same accuracy as a positive reference. The reference is available in an eight-lead MSOP package. Typical applications include oil and gas exploration, downhole drilling and instrumentation, avionics, heavy industry and high temperature automotive applications.
