Selig Offers Boonton SGX1000 RF Signal Generators - a new line of instruments that combine high performance RF signal generation capabilities with an intuitive user interface. They include a frequency range from 10MHz to 18GHz to provide superior operational performance, including extremely fast frequency switching and phase noise digital down to -123DBC /Hz (3GHz with 10kHz offset) ultra low 55FS jitter.

The SGX1003 (3GHz), SGX1006 (6.7ghz) and SGX1018 (18GHz) all feature a unique non-plL design with a digital front end and a direct proprietary back end with superior CW and scanning capabilities. Its own design combines direct digital and direct analog synthesis to produce rf sources with hyperfine frequency resolution, high-speed frequency switching, ultra-low phase noise and jitter, and high reliability.

The series is based on the latest Boonton instrument platform, and its compact profile (3.5 "x 8.3" x 11.2 ", 7 LBS) offers an easy-to-use modern interface with an optional rack mount. Intuitive, multi-touch display allows simple parameter access and configuration to perform frequency and/or power scans, as well as adjust amplitude, frequency, phase and pulse modulation Settings. These help the instrument meet a wide variety of RF test requirements.
