TDK has expanded its MiniCell line to incorporate pressure transmitters into a rugged stainless steel housing for measuring differential pressure in industrial applications. The B58622M32* series includes 5 models, measuring range 0 to 500mbar and 0 to 10bar. The compensated temperature range is from -20C to +140C, and the dimensions are 57mm x 34mm x 39mm, including connections.

Microicell uses a high alloy AISI 316L steel film on the pressure port to provide dielectric resistance, transferring pressure to the sensor mold via an oil-filled dielectric separation sensor unit. The medium facilitates pressure measurement of corrosive liquids and gases without direct contact with the sensor mold.

The compact pressure transmitter offers two G1/8 "size pressure ports and an M12 plug for electrical connections, with a housing that meets IP67 protection rating requirements. This product adopts screw connection, can be installed in any position without affecting the measurement accuracy. Its integrated signal conditioning provides calibrated analog output signals from 0.5V to 4.5V with high immunity to electromagnetic interference. Transmitters provide a very high level of accuracy in the temperature range of -20 ° C to +140 ° C over the full pressure range of ±1.5% FS.

These transmitters are ideal for demanding industrial applications such as automotive test systems, pumps, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and energy and water management systems. Typical applications include liquid level measurement, leak detection, flow control, and filter monitoring.
