Texas Instruments' TLV6001-Q1 single operational amplifier is suitable for general automotive applications. The device has a wide rail-to-rail voltage range at the input and output with a low quiescent current of 75 μA typical. Other advantages include a wide bandwidth of 1 MHz and low noise of 28nV / √Hz at 1kHz. This device allows you to balance cost and performance in different automotive applications when necessary. These applications include inverters for infotainment systems, electric vehicles, passive safety and body electronics. In addition, due to the typical low input bias current of 1pA, this device can also be used in applications with sources with an impedance of megohms. The device is simple to use and stable to unity gain under capacitive loads with a maximum gain of 150pF. The device has a built-in filter that rejects RF and EMI and does not show inversion under overload conditions. The device also has high electrostatic discharge protection of 4kV HBM. The device operates from 1.8V (± 0.9V) to 5.5V (± 2.75V). The device is specified over the -40C to 125C temperature range.
