Texas Instruments LM2775, a 5V switched capacitor 5V boost converter-a regulated switched capacitor multiplier that produces low noise output voltages for applications such as USB OTG, HDMI power supplies and portable electronics. The LM2775 can provide up to 200mA of output current from an input range of 3.1V to 5.5V. It also provides output currents up to 125mA when the input voltage is as low as 2.7V. At low output currents, the LM2775 can reduce its quiescent current by operating in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode. The PFM mode can be enabled or disabled by driving the PFM pin high or low. When the LM2775 is in the off state, the user can choose to pull the output voltage to GND or maintain a high impedance state by setting the OUTDIS pin to high or low.
