   Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH offers 20 new microcontroller devices for high-speed data processing in the TXZ+TM family of advanced levels. These M4G group products belong to TXZ+ series of advanced products, using 40nm process production.

     These new products (and others in the home) are suitable for a wide range of applications, including office equipment (multifunction printers), AV equipment, the Internet of Things, home appliances, building automation and factory automation -- or anywhere high-speed data processing is required.

     The new microcontroller also includes multiple interfaces and multiple communication options. The new device uses an Arm Cortex-M4 kernel and includes an FPU running at up to 200MHz. They also combine 2048kB flash for code, another 32kByte of data flash and 100K write cycle durability with 4kB of user data flash.

    All of the group's devices, including those announced today, have improved communication capabilities and are integrated into serial storage interfaces. Supported standards include quad/octal SPI, Audio Interface (I2S), UART, FUART, TSPI, and I2C. Compared with traditional products, the three-cell DMAC and bus matrix structure significantly improve the communication throughput

     Thanks to its high-speed, high-precision 12-bit ADC, the new device supports a variety of sensing applications and can set separate sampling and hold times for each input channel of up to 24 channels. These units provide efficient solutions for AC motors, brushless DC motors, and integrate the company's A-PMD.

     The assessment board and development environment are provided in collaboration with its global ecosystem partners. In addition, comprehensive documentation, sample software (including examples in actual use), and driver software are available for free download for each peripheral.
